Acceptance of Terms By downloading, accessing, or using Booth Math, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Booth Math Does Booth Math is a planning calculator for craft shows, markets, festivals, and vendor booths. It helps estimate break-even sales, costs, fees, profit, hourly profit, saved shows, post-show recaps, checklist items, and CSV exports.
Booth Math is intended for planning and organization only.
No Financial Advice Booth Math is a planning calculator. Results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and are not financial advice.
Booth Math does not provide tax, legal, accounting, investment, business, or professional financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing your own numbers and decisions. For professional guidance, consult a qualified professional.
Your Inputs and Results Booth Math’s calculations depend on the information you enter. The app may be inaccurate if your inputs are incomplete, incorrect, outdated, or based on assumptions that do not match real-world outcomes.
You are responsible for:
Entering accurate information. Reviewing estimates before relying on them. Deciding whether to book, attend, or repeat a show. Keeping independent records for accounting, tax, legal, or business purposes. Local Data Booth Math stores saved shows and related app data locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining any backups or exports you need. Deleting the app or device data may delete local Booth Math information from that device.
In-App Purchases Booth Math may offer Booth Math Pro as a one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features, such as saved shows, post-show recaps, duplicate events, CSV export, and checklist customization.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices may vary by region and may be shown using Apple’s localized StoreKit pricing. Apple handles payment processing, receipts, refunds, and related App Store purchase rules.
If you previously purchased Booth Math Pro using the same Apple ID, you may use Restore Purchases where available in the app.
Refunds Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. Booth Math does not independently process App Store refunds.
Acceptable Use You agree not to:
Misuse Booth Math or interfere with its operation. Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the app except where allowed by law. Use Booth Math for unlawful purposes. Attempt to bypass purchase, entitlement, or access controls. Use Booth Math in a way that infringes the rights of others. Intellectual Property Booth Math, including its name, design, code, text, graphics, and other app content, is owned by [Developer or Company Name] or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of Booth Math to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal or internal business planning purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
Third-Party Services Booth Math may use third-party services, including Firebase Analytics / Google Analytics for Firebase and Apple’s App Store / StoreKit services. These services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
