These Terms of Service govern your use of Pantry Expiry Board, a mobile application provided by Antonio Gutierrez Sanchez.

By downloading, accessing, or using Pantry Expiry Board, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

  1. The App Pantry Expiry Board helps you manually track pantry, fridge, and freezer items, including best-by dates, reminders, zones, notes, and item history.

The app is intended as an organizational tool only. It does not provide food safety, medical, nutrition, health, or professional advice.

  1. Food Safety Disclaimer Pantry Expiry Board may show whether a saved date has passed or is approaching, based on information you enter.

The app does not determine whether food is safe or unsafe to eat. Date labels such as “best by,” “use by,” or “sell by” may have different meanings depending on the product, manufacturer, storage conditions, and applicable regulations.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether to keep, use, consume, or discard any food item.

  1. Local Data Pantry Expiry Board is designed to store your pantry information locally on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for maintaining access to your device and backups.

Deleting the app or app data may permanently delete your pantry information.

  1. Purchases Pantry Expiry Board may offer optional paid features through Apple In-App Purchase.

Purchases are processed by Apple, not directly by Antonio Gutierrez Sanchez. Apple’s payment terms, refund rules, and App Store policies apply to purchases made through the App Store.

If you purchase a lifetime unlock, it unlocks the paid features described in the app at the time of purchase, subject to these Terms and continued app availability.

  1. Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, use it for unlawful purposes, or abuse support channels.

  2. No Warranty Pantry Expiry Board is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antonio Gutierrez Sanchez disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The app may contain errors, may not always be available, and may not meet your expectations.

  1. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Antonio Gutierrez Sanchez will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, food, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the app.

  2. Third-Party Services The app may use third-party services, including Apple services for distribution and in-app purchases, and Firebase/Google Analytics for app analytics. Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

  3. Changes To The App Or Terms The app may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. These Terms may also be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

  4. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, except where another law is required by applicable consumer protection rules.
