How do I restore my purchase? Open Settings in Purlwise and tap Restore purchase. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.
How do I count from the Lock Screen? Open a project and start the Lock Screen counter. Then use + and − on the Lock Screen without unlocking your phone. Only one project can be on the Lock Screen at a time.
How do I move my projects to a new phone? Open Settings, tap Export backup and save the file somewhere safe (Files, iCloud Drive, AirDrop or email). On the new phone, open Settings and tap Restore from backup. Backups are free for everyone.
Can I follow a pattern from a photo or screenshot? Yes. Import a PDF, or pick a photo or screenshot. Purlwise turns it into a one-page pattern you can follow with the row ruler.
Where are my projects stored? On your device only. Export a backup now and then so you never lose a project.
